Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shriva Jewels. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene for our jewellery.
1. No Refunds Policy
We have a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a purchase is made on shriva.org, we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
- We are happy to offer an Exchange-Only policy if you are not satisfied with your item.
- Exchange Window: You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are strictly non-exchangeable.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item for exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- To start the process:
- Email us with your Order ID.
- Provide a clear photo of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address. After we receive and inspect your item, we will ship the replacement piece of your choice.
